Terms of service

These terms are between Erebuild LLC ("Erebuild") and the company that signs up for or uses Erebuild (the "Customer"). Erebuild provides ERP-light ops management software for fiber contractors (the "Service").

1. Accounts and users

The Customer controls its accounts, including office users, foreman accounts and subcontractor accounts, and is responsible for what is done under them. Keep PINs and sign-in methods private.

2. Trial

A trial lasts thirty days, needs no card and includes all features. At day 30 the account becomes read-only; it is removed at day 90 unless converted to a paid plan. Nothing is deleted when a trial ends before then.

3. Fees

Fees follow the pricing page in force when the Customer signs up: monthly bands set by the amount the Customer invoices through the Service, checked once a quarter, with thirty days' notice of any band change. Invoicing, payment, taxes and refunds terms: [to confirm with counsel].

4. Customer data

The Customer owns its data. Erebuild processes it only to provide the Service. On exit, Erebuild provides an export (database dump and files) within ten business days. Retention after termination: [to confirm]. A data processing agreement is available on request: [to confirm].

5. AI features

AI features read documents and photos and make suggestions. A person approves anything that touches money, pay or quantities. Each AI feature is metered and can be switched off. AI output may be wrong and the Customer reviews it before relying on it.

6. Acceptable use

The Customer will not misuse the Service, attempt to access other customers' data, or use it unlawfully. Detailed acceptable-use terms: [to confirm with counsel].

7. Availability and support

A person answers support 8am–5pm Central on weekdays, with an engineer on call for outages. Service levels and credits: [to confirm with counsel]. Current status is on the status page.

8. Warranties, liability and indemnity

9. Term and termination
