Erebuild LLC ("Erebuild") publishes this site and provides the Erebuild Service. This page says what we collect, why, and who else handles it.

This website

The start form collects your work email and mobile number, and optionally what you bill a year. If you tick the founding seat box, it also collects your company, name, trade and crews in the field. We use these to reply, to text the field link and to set up your company. The form is handled by Netlify Forms.

This site runs no analytics today. If that changes, this page changes first.

Customer data in the Service

When a company uses the Service, we process its jobs, production reports, photos, invoices and related records on that company's behalf, under a data processing agreement ([to confirm]). The company decides what goes in and owns it. We do not use it for anything else.

AI

AI features send documents and photos to Anthropic for reading. Use is metered, and each feature can be switched off by the customer. A person approves anything that touches money, pay or quantities.
